Home office redesign

This home office is a really nice size but with two people doing a lot of work from home and not enough storage space it was difficult for the homeowners to keep their things organized. The closets were generous in size but over time the doors had shifted and no longer functioned properly. The homeowners wanted a clean, eclectic space with more storage, organization and style. With a $3,000 budget and a laundry list of needs to fill, we had our work cut out for us.

BEFORE

We began with a color- something fun and inspirational. This shade of green gives the homeowners the energetic feeling they desired. The wave patterns in the new drapes and area rug give the feeling of movement. The new Asian-style storage cabinets have tons of room to hide unsightly papers and supplies. The crown molding adds value and style and dresses up the room nicely. We designed the custom-made closet doors with applied picture frame molding for an upscale look and a low price tag. The wallpapered inserts give a fun spin on the traditionally styled doors.
